Kevin Auerbacher serves as Managing Counsel at Tesla, Inc. Prior to Tesla he was Senior Director of Policy and Electric Markets and Regulatory Counsel for SolarCity. Mr. Auerbacher joined Tesla/SolarCity, after working with the US Environmental Protection Agency as Senior Counsel for Energy and Transportation. Prior to his tenure with the USEPA, Mr. Auerbacher was Assistant Attorney General for the Environmental Group of the New Jersey Attorney General's Office.
